Scope of Services
Services include, but are not limited to: professional development or virtual sessions, and book sales.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required before service delivery.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars.
Late or unpaid balances result in suspension or cancellation of services.
All book sales are final
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a 50% refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the event are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.
If a session is canceled by us, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
No refunds are provided for completed services or partial attendance.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided—including slides, handouts, worksheets, frameworks, recordings, and resources—are the intellectual property of Rouse Literacy, LLC.
You:
- Use materials for personal or internal organizational use only
You not:
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or change materials
- Record sessions without written permission
- Use materials to train others outside your organization

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control. These events include, but are not limited to, illness, natural disasters, internet outages, or emergencies.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of North Carolina.
Agreement Acceptance
By booking or purchasing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
